All items purchased can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price, or for an exchange.  If your jewelry needs to be extended or changed a bit, please email me at info@thesilverloft.com and I will let you know what the fee will be before you ship it back to me.  Shipping can't be refunded.
